How long does each therapy session take?
Typical therapy sessions last 50 minutes, however, initial assessment sessions and testing can last between one to two hours depending on your needs.
What type of therapy do you provide?
Our clinical team is trained in multiple interventions that are based on extensive trainings in several models, including Evidence-Based Practice models such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Trauma-Focused CBT, Seeking Safety, and Managing and Adapting Practice. If I can't come to your office, can I have teletherapy?
All patients who are residents of California, Michigan, Colorado, Nevada, New Jersey, South Carolina (https://llr.sc.gov/TeleHealth/Counselor.html), Utah, Florida, Arizona, and Wyoming are eligible to receive teletherapy from our office.
